Each bedroom has a king-size bed, free WiFi, flatscreen TV, iPod dock, well-stocked minibar and Noble Isle bath products. The ensuite bathrooms have either a freestanding bath tub and a walk-in shower, or a wet room. Two of the rooms overlook the garden, and two have views out to the city, Leith and as far as the Firth of Forth if it’s clear.

This completely open-plan private apartment has its own entry from the main building and is only accessible via a set of outdoor stairs. There is a front-facing courtyard, a living area with a sofa and separate sofa bed, a kitchenette, a dining area, a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a free-standing bath tub and walk-in shower. An extra adult or child (over-5s only) can stay on the single sofa bed in the living room.
