Deposit Policy

Hotel Schwarzschmied requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out.

Cancellation Policy

For bookings until 29 March 2024, you can cancel for free up to two days before arrival; after this, and in case of no-shows or early departure, you’ll be charged in full for the cost of your original stay. From 30 March 2024, you can cancel for free up to seven days before arrival; if you cancel five or six days ahead, you’ll be charged for 45% of the total booking. If you cancel one to four days in advance, you’ll be charged for 75% of your original stay, and if you cancel on the arrival date or fail to show up, you’ll be charged in full.
