Deposit Policy

Janu Tokyo requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The deposit is only due to stays over certain dates: for stays from 16 March to 13 April 2024, 21 to 29 December 2024, 15 March to 20 April 2025 and 20 to 26 December 2025, you’ll pay in full 14 days before arrival. For stays from 30 December 2024 to 2 January 2025 and from 27 to 31 December 2025, you’ll pay in full 21 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For off-peak stays, you can cancel for free up to 3pm local time, two days before arrival. If you cancel after that, you’ll be charged for one night of your stay plus tax. No-shows will be charged in full. For stays from 1 October to 30 November 2024, 25 January to 1 February 2025 and 27 September to 30 November 2025, you can cancel for free up to 3pm local time, seven days before arrival. If you cancel after that, you’ll be charged for one night of your stay plus tax. No-shows will be charged in full. For stays from 16 March to 13 April 2024, 21 to 29 December 2024, and 15 March to 20 April 2025, you can cancel for free by 3pm local time, 14 days before arrival. After that, you’ll be charged in full. For stays from 30 December 2024 to 2 January 2025 and 27 to 31 December 2025, you can cancel for free up to 3pm local time, 21 days before arrival. After that, you’ll be charged in full.
