Deposit Policy

Ponta dos Ganchos requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For bookings during Christmas, New Year's, Carnaval, or other Brazilian holiday periods, the deposit of 50% will be charged within 2 days of booking, balance will be collected 30 days prior to arrival. If booking is made within 30 days of arrival, 100% of stay will be charged to confirm the booking. For bookings during the rest of the year, the deposit of 50% will be charged within 2 days of booking, and the balance upon check in.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made later than 1 hour after booking will incur a charge of 5 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
