Deposit Policy

Rayavadee requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. For stays between 11 January 2023 and 30 April 2024, full prepayment is due 14 days before arrival. For stays between 1 May and 31 October 2023, full prepayment is due seven days before arrival. For stays between 1 November 2023 and 19 December 2023, full prepayment is due 21 days before arrival. For stays between 20 December 2023 and 10 January 2024, full prepayment is due 60 days before arrival. For stays from 1 November to 19 December 2024, 11 January to 30 April 2025 and 1 to 31 October 2025, full prepayment is due 21 days before arrival. For stays from 20 December 2024 to 10 January 2025, full prepayment is due 45 days before arrival. For stays from 1 May to 30 September 2025, full prepayment is due seven days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays between 1 November to 19 December 2023, 11 January to 30 April 2024 and 1 to 31 October 2024, cancellations are free up to 14 days before arrival; those made later will be charged 75% of the total stay, and no-shows will be charged in full. For stays between 20 December 2023 to 10 January 2024, cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival; those made later and no-shows will be charged in full. For stays between 1 May to 30 September 2024, cancellations are free up to seven days before arrival; those made later will be charged 75% of the total stay, and no-shows will be charged in full. For stays from 1 November to 19 December 2024, 11 January to 30 April 2025 and 1 to 31 October 2025, cancellations are free up to 21 days before arrival; those made later will be charged 75% of the total stay amount. For stays from 20 December 2024 to 10 January 2025, cancellations are free up to 45 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays from 1 May to 30 September 2025, cancellations are free up to seven days before arrival; those made later will be charged 75% of the total stay amount. At all times, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.

These 115sq m pavilions boast a choice location, on the edge of the resort’s free-form swimming pool and just a two-minute walk from beautiful Railay Beach and the Andaman Sea’s blue waters. Dotted around the pathways, the pavilions offer privacy in a seductive setting with a dramatic backdrop of jungle-covered cliffs and swaying coconut palms. The one-bedroom Terrace Pavilions remain true to Rayavadee’s signature round, two-story, ‘luxury-bungalow’ style, but with a contemporary take on the traditional design that features an open and airy ground-floor living plan with tropical decor and glass doors that open onto a breezy terrace. The terrace is perfect for outdoor lounging and relaxation, as well as for private barbecues surrounded by lush palms and garden greenery.
