Deposit Policy
For stays over the festive season (16 December to 1 January), a 50 per cent deposit is taken upon booking, with the remainder due on 1 October. For all other stays, a deposit of two nights will be charged at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
For stays over the festive season (16 December to 1 January), cancellations received before 1 October will be charged 5 per cent of the total booking, those made later will be charged in full. For all other stays, cancellations more than 60 days before arrival will be charged 5 per cent of the total stay, those received 59 to 45 days before arrival will be charged 55 per cent of the total stay and those made within 45 days of arrival will be charged in full.
