Deposit Policy
One&Only Cape Town requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The remaining balance is due seven days before arrival. For stays in peak season (16 December 2022 to 7 January 2023 and 16 December 2023 to 6 January 2024), a 20 per cent deposit is taken within 14 days of booking with the remaining balance due 90 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
For stays in peak season (16 December 2022 to 7 January 2023 and 16 December 2023 to 6 January 2024) cancellations made up to 91 days before arrival will be charged 20 per cent of the total stay; those made later, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full. For stays at all other times, cancellations made within seven days of arrival, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full. Bookings made within seven days of arrival are non-refundable.
